The Conference here in Malta has been a really exciting event. I absolutely love the fact how governance, risk, and compliance intervene, and in particular also the focus that there is on culture, organizational culture, leaders, shape culture and culture-wise performance.

I have to say I am positively surprised by the conference. It's a big opportunity for regulators to meet the industry, the ecosystem, and the players. It's a big opportunity, and I'm very happy to be invited.

It's been a great few days just together with fellow like-minded peers. There are some common themes that we are addressing around the positive culture, the regulatory interaction, and how we're really driving and encouraging innovation.

Well, I think this has been the most exciting conference for me. I have been absolutely fascinated by the presentations and the level of the discussion. I have enjoyed the input very, very much.
