David currently Heads Employee and Industrial Relations at HSBC Bank Malta. He has extensive HR experience spanning over 25 years and is a key point of reference on a broad range of HR matters including performance management and recruitment. In his current role, David maintains a close working relationship with the representative unions which includes the negotiation of Collective Agreements covering employment terms and conditions.
