Christine studied law at the University of Malta and after obtaining a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) degree was admitted to the Maltese Bar. She has also read a master’s degree in International Commercial Law (LL.M.) at the University College London (UCL). She specialises in developing a corporate governance framework for organisations and assisting clients with navigating through the regulatory and compliance environment for licensed/authorised entities across different industries.  

Christine has several years of experience working in both international and local corporations. Combining operational and managerial aspects give her the versatility to deal with operations within the company as well as client relationships. Christine has held senior managerial positions in the corporate and financial sectors. She dealt with cost and operational optimisation by managing teams in different offices, designed and implemented procedures, ensured compliance with relevant legislation, built new departments when required, and assisted in maintaining client relationships. Her experience helped her develop the required skills to identify solutions relevant to the organisations she assists today.
