Wayne Bulpitt CBE is an experienced entrepreneur and non-executive director with a distinguished career in financial services, governance, and public service. Based in Guernsey, he founded the Active Group, now Aspida, establishing an office in Malta in 2011, building it into a leading provider of support services to the financial sector, and now chairs and advises a range of regulated firms, family offices and charitable organisations.

Wayne is known for his pragmatic approach to leadership, risk, and compliance, helping organisations strengthen governance and deliver sustainable success.

He was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for his services as the first UK Chief Commissioner of The Scout Association.
