Cliff is the Director of Studies of the MSE Institute, the educational arm of the Exchange.  He handles all aspects of this subsidiary of the Malta Stock Exchange, from the identification and creation of the individual courses, engagement of the lecturers, course design, promotion, coordination, marketing, management of the logistical operations, and measurement of customer feedback. 

He is also the representative heading the MSEI involvement in various Erasmus plus projects as coordinator as well as partner.  He handles or is involved in the creation of the project concept, writing and budgeting, as well as the project implementation.  Within the MSE, Cliff has held diverse roles including Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Head Business and Product Development and Head of Compliance and Market Operations.  He also manages special projects including the annual publication MSE Business Review, a 100-page glossy magazine that is published by the Exchange and addresses topical subjects of interest to the financial services community.

Cliff comes from a long career in Financial Services and has an MBA from Henley Management College, UK and a Business Management (Hons) degree from the University of Malta amongst other academic qualifications.
