Ms. Dalli has over 15 years of extensive experience in the financial and corporate services industry specialising in regulatory compliance and AML. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in 2013 in Banking and Finance with the University of London (LSE).   Ms. Dalli is currently the Director & Head of Compliance at E2S Monitoring, a company service provider regulated by the MFSA since 2016 and acts as Director, Compliance Officer and MLRO of a number of licenced entities on the island, ranging from Investment Managers, Corporate Service Providers, collective investment schemes and recently Trustees. In addition, as part of her duties, Ms. Dalli carries out ongoing research on the regulatory compliance and AML aspects keeping abreast with MFSA regulations and EU directives. Ms. Dalli completed a course in June 2021 in Business Sustainability Management with the University of Cambridge as well as an Award in Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance with the University of Malta in collaboration with IFS Malta in May 2023.   Ms. Dalli has been invited on a number of panels to discuss various regulatory matters.

In 2010, Ms. Dalli was appointed as the Risk and Compliance Officer of ML Capital Asset Management which now forms part of Waystone. She later worked with Cordium focusing on regulatory compliance on a diversified portfolio of clients. During the course of her career, Ms. Dalli attended various courses, seminars and workshops on compliance, MiFID II, AIFMD, AML, Financial Crime, corporate governance and company law. Christine is currently reading an International Trust Management Course.
