Fabio leads the firm’s banking practice and handles a wide portfolio of clients, including various credit and financial institutions, together with other major local Groups of companies operating in diverse sectors. Fabio has been in charge of technical matters within the firm for a considerable number of years and he is heavily involved in IFRS and wider consultation work including as regards governance, risk and compliance matters. He joined PwC Malta in 1996 after graduating in BA (Hons) Accountancy. He is a Fellow Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and was elected to the Council of the Institute in 2012, and was the President of the Institute from July 2019 to September 2021.
