Andreas Heed is Vice President and Head of Compliance for European Markets at Nasdaq. He leads compliance across Nasdaq’s regulated exchanges and post-trade businesses in the Nordic and Baltic region and works closely with regulators, boards and senior management on governance, regulatory change and compliance risk management. He regularly engages with the regulatory and operational implications of emerging technologies in financial markets, including tokenization and digital assets.
