Pierre-Henri Conac is a a Professor of Financial Markets Law at the University of Luxembourg. He is the author of ‘The regulation of securities markets by the French Commission des opérations de bourse (COB) and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)’. His research areas deal with securities at national and EU level.
He has been member of several working groups at the EU and national level, especially the Securities and Markets Stakeholder Group (SMSG) of ESMA (2011 and 2016).
Pierre-Henri Conac is managing editor of the Revue des Sociétés (Dalloz), co-chief managing editor of the European Company and Financial Law Review (de Gruyter) and Member of the Advisory Board of the Journal of Financial Supervisors Academy (Malta).
