Sandra Saliba is the Security Governance Manager at the Operational Risk and Security Governance Unit at APS Bank plc. Sandra has also been appointed as the Outsourcing Risk Officer of the Bank. Previously, she worked at the Central Bank of Malta in the area of Payments and Banking, as well as at the MFSA, in the field of Supervisory ICT Risk and Cybersecurity. She holds post-graduate diploma in Laws, and master’s degrees in Economics as well as in Economic Governance and Public Policy.
