Anatoli Grech holds the position of Group Chief Compliance Officer and is an Executive Director on the board of Bank of Valletta p.l.c.

Mr Grech also sits on the BOV Executive Committee, the Internal Control and Risk Management Committee, Asset and Liability Committee, Data Committee and Chairs the Product Governance and Pricing Committee.

He is a Director on the Board of BOV Asset Management Limited. He chairs the Risk and Regulatory Committee of BOV Asset Management and the Risk and Regulatory Committee of BOV Fund Services and is a member of the Risk and Regulatory Committee of MAPFRE MSV Life.

He is an alternate Director on the Board of European Savings Banking Group (ESBG), a member of the ESBG Supervisory Experts Working Group and a member of the ESBG Market Regulation Committee.

Anatoli holds an MSc from Aberdeen Business School and an Executive MBA from the University of Malta.
