Anne Leslie is the Cloud Risk and Controls Leader EMEA at IBM Cloud for Financial Services. With over 18 years of experience in international roles spanning banking and related technology businesses, she is an expert at the intersection of financial services, AI, cloud, operational resilience, cybersecurity, and regulation. Bilingual in French and English, Anne holds an Executive MBA from HEC Business School in Paris, CISM and CRISC certifications from ISACA, the CCSP in Cloud Security from (ISC)², and multiple security platform certifications.
Since joining IBM, her focus has been on accompanying financial institutions and supervisory authorities around the world in securely accelerating their adoption of public cloud and AI as they transform their operating models and build capacity to keep pace with a dynamic external environment.
Co-editor of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 and co-author of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤, Anne is known internationally for her public speaking, regularly contributing her thought leadership to C-level conferences and working groups convened by public authorities on topics related to AI and cloud in financial services, operational resilience, information security, digital risk and hybrid warfare. As a trusted advisor, she excels at orchestrating outcome-oriented dialogue on complex industry issues by fostering positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Irish by nature and French by design, Anne grew up in the Republic of Ireland and lives happily with her family in Paris, France which has been her home now for almost 30 years.
