I am Head of Capital Markets and Infrastructure Unit in Financial Markets Department of Ministry of Finance.

My passion is different legal aspects of capital markets and prevention of criminal activity, e.g. anti-money laundering. I am excited of new phenomenon such as virtual currencies and their impact to the society. The legislative tsunami in Europe has shown that there is also a need to take a step back and look at the overall picture and impact to the market and market participants, and I have experience to add value to those overarching discussions.

I am surrounded by excellent experts and am a trusted director and colleague, providing practical advice to the Cabinet of the Ministry and to our Department.
