Dr Terence Cassar is a Partner at GTG, leading the firm’s Intellectual Property, Data Protection & Privacy, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices. He advises on Gaming & Betting Law, M&A, software and IT law, fintech, and commercial transactions. His work covers both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including high-profile deals, licensing, protection, and litigation. Dr Cassar regularly counsels B2C and B2B technology and gaming companies on regulatory and transactional matters, with particular focus on data protection and GDPR compliance. He also lectures at the University of Malta.
