Glorianne Bonello Gatt is a Senior Compliance Associate at RMC Wise Ltd with over 8 years of experience within the industry, focusing predominantly on compliance, corporate governance and CSR. Glorianne works with a number of entities, including Investment Firms, Management Companies, Collective Investment Schemes, Company Service Providers and Financial Institutions, both as a compliance officer and in an advisory capacity to help them understand their compliance risks and advise them on establishing effective internal controls, policies and procedures with a view to remain compliant with regulatory and legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards and code of ethics whilst creating value for all stakeholder.

Prior to joining RMC Wise Ltd in January 2021, Glorianne worked for a Full-Scope AIFM, as a Senior Associate in Governance, Risk and Compliance Operations from 2016 to 2020.

Glorianne graduated from the University of Malta with a second upper class Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree in Banking and Finance in 2017.
