Gordon Micallef is a Partner responsible for Management Consulting and Transformation services of the firm. He leads a number of multidisciplined teams delivering solutions to enhance business performance across digital strategies, manage operational change across technology, people and processes, together with maximising the value of data, analytics and automation. He has over twenty years of experience in delivering change projects enabled by technology and data. He has worked with various clients on business improvement projects, selecting and implementing the most appropriate digital technologies, transforming the finance function, designing and operating cyber security risk management processes, and improving the governance and performance of IT functions.
He was one of the founders of the ISACA Malta Chapter and served as President of the Chapter between 2007 and 2009. He also served on several committees and task forces for ISACA International including global chapter oversight, leadership conferences, and EuroCacs.
Gordon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Enterprise Governance of IT (CGEIT), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and Prince2 Practitioner.
