Dr Malcolm Falzon (Partner, Camilleri Preziosi Advocates), specialises in capital markets, corporate, M&A, financial services and gaming. He assists local and foreign clients on legal, regulatory and licensing aspects of each of these areas as well as related corporate and commercial matters. Malcolm leads the firm’s ESG & Sustainable Finance team.

Since 2005, Malcolm has been actively involved in the majority of capital markets issues in respect of which the firm has acted as legal advisors. He occupies the role of company secretary and legal advisor to a number of local main market issuers.

Following completion of his LL.D studies at the University of Malta, Malcolm read for a LL.M in Corporate & Commercial Law at University College, London, and returned to Camilleri Preziosi as an associate in 2005. He was admitted to partnership in 2013.
