Mark is a partner within the Tax and Legal Service line at PwC Malta where he also leads the Data and Privacy Team. Over the years he has led multiple assignments relating to data protection varying from data compliance reviews, audits and advisory assignments for a variety of clients including insurance companies, gaming operators, educational establishments, financial services providers amongst others. Mark graduated as a lawyer from the University of Malta in 2005. He also completed the Diploma in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation and a Masters in Taxation (Law, Administration and Practice) from the University of London.
