Nathan Gatt joined BNF Bank in April 2023 and is responsible for leading the Information Security & IT Governance Department. Mr. Gatt is an experienced information security professional with over 15 years’ experience.  His work experience covered similar roles in other financial institutions as well as information security consulting and assurance in various sectors including, but not limited to, financial services, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, government, remote gaming and manufacturing. Prior to joining BNF Bank, Mr. Gatt was Head of Information Security at Multitude Bank in Malta for 8 years.

Mr. Gatt is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He holds a Master of Science degree in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Computing from the University of Malta.
