Sebastien Raspiller

Secretary General

A graduate of the École Polytechnique and the National School of Statistics and Economic Administration (ENSAE), Sébastien Raspiller (45) spent a large part of his career at the General Directorate of the Treasury (DGT), where he held the position of Head of the Economic Financing Department since May 2018. Sébastien Raspiller began his career as an economist at INSEE, where he is Inspector General, in the Markets and Corporate Strategies Division. He then joined the DGT as Deputy Head of the Tax Studies Office, before working for two years in the Tax Policy Office at the German Federal Ministry of Finance in Berlin. Head of the Insurance Markets and Products Office at the DGT from 2009 to 2012, he served as Secretary General of the Interministerial Committee for Industrial Restructuring (CIRI) and Head of the Office for Corporate Finance and Development, then as Deputy Director of Corporate Finance and the Financial Market from 2013 to 2018.
