Yohan Favreau is Global Head of Risk & Compliance at ALTEN Group, a leading international engineering and technology consultancy operating across more than 30 countries. He is responsible for the Group’s risk management, ethics and compliance framework, overseeing programmes covering anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, economic sanctions, export controls, data protection, artificial intelligence governance and enterprise risk management.

With more than a decade of experience in risk and compliance leadership roles, Yohan works closely with executive management and governance bodies to strengthen organisational resilience, enhance ethical culture and support sustainable business growth in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. He designed and deployed ALTEN’s Group-wide anti-corruption programme and leads the annual enterprise risk mapping process published in the Group’s Universal Registration Document. He also oversees a global network of more than 150 local compliance and risk representatives and manages a multidisciplinary team covering compliance, risk management and data protection.

Prior to joining ALTEN, Yohan held risk and compliance roles within Enedis and EDF, where he contributed to the deployment of major compliance and risk management initiatives. Earlier in his career, he served with the French Ministry of the Interior, leading criminal investigations and operational teams.

Yohan holds a PhD in the Psychology of Corruption from Aix-Marseille University. His research focuses on the individual and organisational mechanisms driving unethical behaviour and how governance and compliance frameworks can help prevent misconduct.
