Yuri began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he worked across the Securities and Risk Management Divisions in both New York and London. He then moved on to McKinsey & Co., initially serving as a senior risk expert, and later took on the responsibility of managing financial risks at the McKinsey Investment Office (MIO), a global buy-side investment firm.
In recent years, Yuri’s professional focus has shifted towards growth companies within the alternatives and digital asset industries, areas he believes hold tremendous potential for innovation. He sees many opportunities to contribute to the development of risk and governance infrastructure in these rapidly evolving sectors.
In his current role as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at OKX, Yuri is responsible for developing the global risk strategy. He works alongside a highly talented team of colleagues and global regulators, navigating the exciting opportunities presented by a new asset class.
