Zeynep Aydemir is a Computer Engineer and AI Manager at Borsa Istanbul, where she leads the institution’s artificial intelligence strategy and next-generation AI initiatives. She began her career as a software developer in large-scale public sector IT and joined Borsa Istanbul in 2012.

She worked as a software developer in the corporate architecture team and later in the Precious Metals and Diamonds Market technology department, contributing to the development of mission-critical capital markets systems. She also served as Development Leader and Product Owner in the NASDAQ Phase 2+ transformation program for the custody platform.

Since 2023, her work has focused on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, including large language models, RAG architectures, agentic AI, enterprise document intelligence, financial data analytics, and AI-driven detection of market manipulation.

She holds an Executive MBA from Boğaziçi University and an M.Sc. in Big Data Analytics and Management from Bahçeşehir University, and lectures on Artificial Intelligence and Financial Technologies at various universities.
